RETURN POLICY 

No Returns or Exchanges Policy

At Crafty Gifts by Tee LLC, each item is carefully handcrafted and made to order according to the specifications provided by the customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Custom & Personalized Items

  • All custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or returned for a refund.

  • This includes (but is not limited to) items with custom colors, names, dates, images, sizes, or any other personal specifications.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Customer Responsibility

  • Please double-check all spelling, design selections, and customization details before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for errors in personalization submitted by the customer.
